Additional developments that are not the current functionality of the platform : this means that the company can provide services to develop additional functions or capabilities for the platform that are not included in its current functionality. The cost of such work is calculated hourly, based on the company programmer’s tariff.
Writing technical specifications in accordance with client requirements: this means that the company can provide technical specifications writing services to develop additional functions or features for the platform. The cost of such work is calculated hourly, based on the company employee’s tariff.
Database export: The company can provide the tenant with a database export in CSV or JSON format upon request by the tenant or upon termination of cooperation.
Issuing confirmation of the duration of the contract/events: this means that the company can issue to the tenant a document confirming the validity of the platform rental agreement or current events.
Identification of customer payment without specifying a variable symbol: this means that the company may charge an additional fee in case the tenant does not indicate a variable symbol when paying by bank transfer. A variable symbol is a unique payment identifier that allows a company to identify a payment and match it to a specific tenant.
Failure to notify the customer of a change in customer payment information: This means that the company may charge an additional fee if the tenant does not notify the company of a change in their payment information. This is necessary so that the company can receive payments from the tenant on time.
Administration fee for processing payment via bank transfer
The company may charge an additional fee if the renter makes payment via bank transfer. This rule applies if:
- The payment was not pre-agreed in the contract;
- Payment is an available payment method in the territory where the tenant provides the service;
- The payment was not made through the company's other available payment methods.
Platform Rental Fee: In case of late payment of the rental fee, the company may charge additional fees.
Additional Development Fees: In case of late payment of additional development fees, the Company may charge additional fees.
Archiving the Platform: In the event that the tenant has not paid the monthly fee for the platform within 30 days of the company's request, the company may archive the platform.
Loss of Site: If the tenant does not pay the monthly fee for the platform within 60 calendar days from the date of first notification, the site will be lost without the possibility of restoration.
Restoring access to the platform: In the event that the tenant has lost access to the platform due to his own fault, the company may charge a fee for its restoration.
Change of tariff plan: In case the tenant wants to change the type of tariff plan, the company may charge a change fee.
Platform user training : When connecting to the platform, the company provides training on its functionality during the first month. This can be either a group of employees or one selected employee who will subsequently be responsible. The company can then offer additional user training services. The cost of training is determined based on the hourly rate of the company employee.
Support outside of business hours: The Company may provide support to platform users outside of business hours. In this case, the company may charge an additional fee.
Prices do not include VAT.
